Every so often a poll or survey is published showing how little the average
person reads. In late August/early September there was one from AP/Ipsos
that said 1 in 4 Americans will not read a book in a year. I can safely
assume that the list reads more than that. I was wondering how much more?
Also what have you read this year?
Here's my list of Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Non-fiction. This excludes the volumes
of pages of non-fiction I have read for my BA this year and my addiction to
Romances.
1) Neuromancer by William Gibson
2) The Princess Bride by William Goldman
3) Over the Wall by Garth Nix
4) Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows by J.K. Rowling
5) Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman

7) The Amulet of Samarkand by Jonathon Stroud
8) The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke
