Ironically, it was Stephe Pagel, of Meisha Merlin (the publisher), who was 
instrumental in having Theo show up at the the end of I Dare, to let the 
readers know that the series would be continuing on.... and then Meisha 
Merlin closed down in financial reverses, after publishing Balance of Trade 
and the Crystal books, all set much earlier than I Dare.
