Piper wrote a short series of books set on a planet called Zarathustra 
that had a tiny almost teddybear alien race that spoke in ultrasonics so 
predators [and humans] couldnt hear them. A rough and ready miner 
discovered they were sentient and a toolmaker made a small device that 
they could use to make them selves heard. There is a rudimentary 
[probably 20 word] language and probably another 15 words of pidgin used 
in the book. Frex hagga is person, greenshirt hagga is marine, fuso is 
food, hokfuso is good food.

There is a lot of language found in SF, you just have to dig for it [ok 
also in fantasy as well. I know people who have studied the various 
books to learn elvish]

Piper hat eine kurze Serie der Bücher geschrieben auf einem Planeten hat 
zarathustra gerufen mit einem kleinen Stamm der 'aliens' in wem 
Überschall spricht so können sie nicht gehört werden.
Ein Bergarbeiter entdeckt, dass sie intelligent sind und ein 
Werkzeugmacher erfindet eine Vorrichtung so können sie gehört werden. Es 
gibt einen kleinen Wortschatz von Fuzzy, ungefähr 20 Wörter
und ungefähr 15 Wörter von pidgin. Hagga is mann, greenshirt hagga ist 
marine, fuso ist das essen, hokfuso ist gut essen.
