There's a similar error in the computer game 'Ravenhearst'. Ravenhearst Manor was supposedly built in England early in the last century. The style of the building is generally acceptable but the house number is '7217' - impossible!
Then there was the SF mystery novel supposedly set in Oxford University, but an Oxford with no colleges, where the hero casually takes a taxi to London.
