He'd better, or they'll eat him alive. And I'll be massively
irritated if they make their bad guys stupider just so that
Mohinder can continue to be an idiot.

I don't mind it if there are other generally intelligent
characters, but Heroes would be a much better show if they let
everyone be smarter.
Frex, I still don't know how Peter Petrelli manages to tie his
shoes in the first half of the first season. I expected after
they finally got me to like him in the last few episodes that I'd
like him better upon rewatching the early eps but nope, he still
annoys me up to the very point when a) he finally locates his
gonads and b) we finally see how he is actually good for Nathan.
In the first few episodes I had enormous sympathy for Nathan
Petrelli. "Everyone in my family is b at tsh*t and if I get
anything done it's in spite of their crazy, not because of their
support, and therefore I will do things that make everyone think
I am cold because it's the only way I can distance myself enough
to succeed" is a mindset with which I am so intimately familiar.
I still have enormous sympathy for Nathan but at least Peter has
shown himself to be a tremendous source of emotional support for
Nathan, something he doesn't seem to have got from anyone else,
even though he was married. We won't talk about his mother or
his wife--but I shan't go into the ways Heidi disappointed me
because it's all spoilers for the new season, and nothing I
could say about Angela is fit to print, except that someday
she'll be sitting in Hell next to Bobbi Stakowski (Jim Profit's
mum).
