Not quite the British rules, but Her Ladyship is consistant I think. Or do
you have examples ?

Gregor's gatekeeper should not have addressed his caller as "Ivan" but he
was very startled.

A full Lord or Count can be referred to or even addressed as Lord/Count
Pierre, Count Pierre Vorrutyer or Count Vorrutyer. A non-heir younger
brother or son only as Lord Mark or Lord Mark Vorkosigan, never Lord
Vorkosigan.

In ACC of course there is some ambiguity as who is entitled to be called
Lord Vorrutyer.

Until females can be 'full', Lady Alys, Lady Alys Vorpatril or Lady
Vorpatril seem to be allowable.
