First of all, Birthday Greetings to Raye and Sue :) and thankyou for
remembering me.

I have been busy with my new job, but that is what is funding lovely
luxuries like satellite
TV and the Food Channel. I will finally get to see Iron Chef and see
what all the fuss
is about :)

I have actually in the last couple of months got two confirmed converts
to LMB and the
Miles books:

first one is my flatmate, who is slowly reading his way thru my book
collection, and he devoured them

second is another friend who I am introducing to the joys of skiffy type
books - and he LOVES them

quote from him "does anyone else think Miles is both insane and a genius?"

I assured him that it was earnestly debated by many people (thinking of
the List of course) and that
my personal theory was that if his mad plan worked he was a genius, and
if not, then of course insane.

I have just handed him the rest of the series starting from Brothers in
Arms, as that is as far as he had
got. I look forward to his insights :)

Cheers
Stacey (who is 30 something LOL)
