[LMB] Lumber rooms et al

I can still remember when my grandparents died and we
had to clean out their attic, basement, second garage
and any other space available. Every issue of
National Geographic from 1917 until 1977, Reader's
Digests up the wazoo, canning jars, a huge aluminum
foil ball (Grandma did not stop collecting after WW II
ended, ironed used gift wrapping paper, and that was
only the beginning. I don't think they ever threw out
anything but I believe it was because both of them
grew up in poverty in Germany and Hungary and that was
the norm. We sure were lumbered, believe me.

I am new to most of LMB and just started TSR, the
first 3 chapters. I have never really read fantasy or
Sci-Fi before except for an aborted attempted at the
Lord of the Rings which I never finished and then the
Vorkosigan saga. So far, I like TSR but maybe that is
because I am approaching it from a completely
untutored and totally open mind. We shall see!

I managed to lose the email with the names of the two
Geoffrey Trease books recommended. Would someone be
kind enough to relist them? Thanks in advance!

My only crushes---Rhett Butler, Ivan
Vorpatril, Aral, and Simon Illyan.

Priscilla, usually silent but enjoying the posts.
