[LMB] , post demographics, crusie

My problem is the same as the one on the Laurie King discussion - I read the 
book under discussion some time ago, and not can't find my copy - if indeed 
I kept it and didn't let it take wings and fly. And if you go down to the 
bookstore to re-acquire it, it's the one thing they don't have. Sigh.
