It's in the 'same' orbit as Komarr, about a million km away (three light
seconds is the textev) so it must have both active postioning and tiny
thrusters to counteract the solar wind and to to keep it there, slightly
off where orbitally should really be. Hence it must be strong enough to
take a acceleration of 0.00001g or so.
