Oh.  Never mind.  It's in Barrayar -- right after Miles is taken out of the 
replicator and Piotr has his tantrum in the hallway, and there's a bit about 
how Piotr failed Aral's brother, and Aral saying how he's not going to fail 
Miles.  If you just want verification that there *was* an older brother, 
that is.

People mentioned a sister, too, but I remember absolutely no textev for 
that -- is there any, just out of curiosity?
