[LMB] Birthday Tixie

The Assistant assistant Birthday Tixie steps forward apologetically.  She 
just finally got back on-line after the bash that was DragonCon and realized 
she had missed a Birthday!  Quel horreur!

September 4th's birthday was Phil Boswell.  Phil is another of the British 
contingent of the list and is a most helpful member, always popping up with 
a helpful suggestion when someone solicits help or information.  So herewith 
let it be announced that the AABT hopes that Phil Boswell enjoyed his 41st 
birthday amid plenty of friends, food, good books, good music and whatever 
sundries would please him.
