Best Dramatic Presentation, short forum for under 90 minutes, Long Form
90 or more minutes, for Hugo.  Film and TV tend to dominate those
categories, though I think an audio recording won once.

In any event, it takes two years to make a change in the World Science
Fiction Society rules, the first year to make the change, the second for
ratification confirming that two consecutive worldcon business meetings
agree that the change is appropriate.
