Sounds like a case for the careful application of high explosives.  <muttering>  Now, where did I pack that C-4...

Seriously, one rarely wants to burn a modern building.  Too many nasty chemicals in the smoke.  <shuddering at the mere thought of the toxics in my building>  Much better to reduce to a fine rubble, suitable for foundations.

Odd, how this topic came up at a meeting today...
