I have no idea if someone's addressed this already or not. I've
decided that I just need to post when I see something I want to
reply to, instead of trying to get all the way to the end to
ensure not repeating things....
I would say that "She gots it" has the implication of "she
picked it up, and now she has it in her possession" as opposed
to the simpler "She has it," which wouldn't have any additional
implication at all. If that makes sense.
And sorry if I'm repeating anything anyone else has said!
