[LMB] Age at first marriage

My great-granddaddy Abe Ross married at the relatively advanced age of
31, but he had been busy in the 7th Florida Infantry until the year
before. Great-grandma Susan had waited for him, and was 29. Wars apart,
though, great-great-granddad Hugh was 22 when he married 18-year-old
Elizabeth in South Carolina in 1834; great-granddad Charles Tetro, on
the other hand, married at the age of 35, the 23-year-old Harriet Jane
French, in 1893.

IOW, these Florida cattlemen and New England factory workers were not
marrying any earlier than I did.
