Yes, but my Palm is mostly for work stuff and MYOB doesn't like Macs
very much

I meant normal as in the process I usually go through to load Adobe
pdf books from the library onto my Palm.
This is the third book and the other two I had no problems with at all.

That would be Adobe Reader v7.0?

Yup, that's it.

These aren't the instructions we were given by the library.
According to them you open Adobe Reader v7.0, go to the File menu and
select Digital Editions/My Digital Editions and then choose your book
from the cover thumbnails shown. You then click the button 'Send to
Mobile Device' and it prepares the book for transfer at next HotSync.
Unless that's what you meant.

Unfortunately no, but thanks anyway. It's really mystifying me why
this is only happening with this one book. Any other of my library
ebooks will open perfectly using these instructions, it's only this one!
