I could easily see him doing with his heir and Komarr what Edward I did with
Wales, with the added benefit that his children actually will be half
Komarran.  Definitely making the heir viceroy of one of the other planets,
although I can see problems with younger children in that kind of role, it
could so easily result in the breakup of the new Barayaran empire.
