Hmm, interesting idea. But if he "rules" in situ, wouldn't this mean there'd 
be more chances of Komarran blood watering down the VorBarra strain?

There are historical precedents for this, too -- the English monarchy being 
more French than English at one point, then the British monarchy being more 
German than British. (-: At least, I think I picked that up from the Black 
Adder series. I could be wrong.
