Hm.  I can bake bread from scratch.  I'm good with first aid, and have
a decent amount of midwifery knowledge.  I can spin, knit, crochet,
and do basic weaving.  I have a good bit of theoretical knowledge of
how to build decent shelters in varying environments.

Other than that it's mostly just lots of little bits of useful
information I know here and there.
