Sewing by hand and with a treadle machine.  I still have my  grandmother's 
treadle machine, and it was in working order the last time I  checked, although 
getting smooth, fine, even thread could be  difficult.  Quilting. Some 
knowledge of herbal remedies and medicine.   Basic carpentry and repairs--I have 
built partitions, shelves, hung doors, that  kind of thing.  Water-bath canning.  
Hunting, fishing, recognizing  some edible wild plants.  I suppose my 
knowledge of plumbing and electrical  wiring wouldn't be much use, though. <g>
