Oh lovely.  (Dried fresh?  Which?)  That gives me all the more
incentive to be Very Helpful Indeed.

I think I should go come up with more skills.  Hm.  I've made butter.
I know the theory of cheese.  I know how you bake in old style wood
ovens without thermometers.  Hm, must keep thinking.
