Ebay bidding is an art and a science.

To win the bid it's sometimes/often useful to use special tools / software
to enter your bid at the last moment so no one can up-bid you.

I've heard mention of software that gets the exact ebay time and submits
your bid very late.  I heard that it's good to bid the highest you want to
pay in your one bid.

You might Google "ebay bidding" and browse through what you find.  Tomorrow
(or later tonight) I would imagine some experts can clue you in.

Me, I ought to sell stuff till the house is uncluttered.  I have NO need to
actually BUY anything. :-)  Where would I put it?
