I use http://www.justsnipe.com - it's free - you can snipe up to 5
auctions a week, and they haven't stolen my eBay information yet. They
aren't configurable in free mode (it always snipes 8 seconds before
end), but it's an alternative to paying for it.

Use JBidWatcher if you don't mind using your PC and your Internet
connection (if you feel it's reliable and your PC is stable), while
JustSnipe is great if you don't mind trusting a third party with your
eBay information.
