I asked about this a couple of weeks ago - so, now, I'm the font of newly
acquired knowledge!

AKICOTL means: All Knowledge Is Contained On The List.  (I don't know why
some people are now inserting the colon - I never saw that explained.

It's used when someone needs information that's off topic but since all
knowledge is contained on the list, asking it here usually produces the
answer.

Those who are not interested in such messages are thereby warned and can
easily skip those messages.

I am curious why the colon is appearing now, sometimes.
