[LMB] a question about distances on Barrayar

Yesterday I went for a nice snowy walk with Marna, Ian and Alayne. We went about 6.5 km.
Afterwards we were talking about the Eowyn challenge, in which in the interests of fitness, people
walk the distance from .. somewhere... the Shire, I think... to Rivendell.

We talked about doing something like that, except I don't want to do the Eowyn challenge again,
I've done it (there and back again), and then I went to Minas Tirith - where all the really cool
people hang out.  So. Been there, done that. I've no interest in going to Mordor.

So we thought we'd like to walk the distance of something on Barrayar, but can't offhand recall
distances being given.  Do we have any idea how far it is from Vorkosigan Surleau to the towns in
the mountains? Or from Vorkosigan Surleau to Vorbarr Sultana?  Or from anywhere to anywhere? Or is
there a way of estimating?
