I can't think of any textev for actual distances other than say from Impsec
to
Vorkosigan house, but based on Mountains of Mourning, and other bits and
pieces,
I'd say that Vorbarr Sultana to Vorkosign Surleau being two days by
horseback or an
hour by lightflyer, probably in the area of 60-100 miles (100-160km).
