Here's to the glorious birthday of our own main Tixie, Jim Parish! (Faithful
Companion appears to be asleep.well, it's pretty early). 

 

Anyway, a 21 gun salute, complete with fireworks, will be delivered to you
today, along with a plethora of good food and drink, friends and books, and
anything else you happen to be thinking of right now that can be sent
through electronic communications devices (although with the existence of
3-D printers, the range is getting wider every day!).
