A coworker once told us how she was embarrassed when she had to disrobe 
for a medical exam.
She normally doesn't have a problem with that, but that doctor was a 
family friend, which made
her feel awkward.

The funny thing was, she knew the doctor  because her family and his 
both frequented the same
nude beach.
