I don't actually *like* bitter chocolate very much, except in a
few specific dishes of which I am particularly fond.  That may be
why.  I am particularly indifferent to chocolate in baked goods;
the chocolate dessert I like best is chocolate mousse.

But I *love* cinnamon, and the descriptions of the universal
effect those cinnamon rolls had on other non-morning people made
me desperate to try one.
