Whether or not it is on the computer will depend on whether 
Gateway chose to stick in onto the computer. Computers that come 
with MS products other than Windows installed sometimes have the 
other stickers actually stuck to them and sometimes they don't. 
I can't recall having noticed Gateway sticking the other 
stickers on, but I've definitely seen it done in general. (Older 
versions used to come with the keys on paper, not stickers, so 
there wasn't a choice with them.)
