No need. There are many ways to de-crapify Sony PCs. It's a 40GB hard
disk because it's using a 1.8" drive, and while nowadays you can get
160GB 1.8" drives, ones that will fit are harder to find (the 80GB can
probably fit...). Anyhow, after installing clean and getting all the
necessary drivers and apps back to use its functionality, I had 18GB
free.
Anyhow, Linux runs nicely on it, but it doesn't handle the touch
screen on it very well. Plus losing out on the memory stick slot. At
least the compactflash slot works, though.
