I'd say we've seen that - Miles has put Ivan through the wringer on numerous occasions.  And Ivan
has, either casually or with loud complaints, always risen to the occasion.

It's just that we've never seen it happening from Ivan's point of view.

I think Miles would be delighted.  I think that deep down he knows how much he underestimates
Ivan; he just isn't going to admit it out loud.
