Yeah, I figure everyone is allowed to decide for him or herself
whether he or she wants to be acknowledged as the source of the
question! So some are going to continue to be anonymous. I thought
this was actually a nice way to get people who might be too shy to
send things out to the list themselves to do so with less risk.

Well, we do have plenty of questions. But we can always use more from
a variety of people. Just so it doesn't seem like I'm letting one
person monopolize! Overall we do have lots of questions, but there
are 3 people who sent in a large number.

I'm really really glad! I'm afraid I haven't been able to participate
as much as I'd have liked -- and I might go back and reply to others
or answer some of the questions myself if I have some time this
weekend. Which I might actually. But I too have been reading and
enjoying all the others' responses even if I haven't been able to join
in as much!
