Doing it that way rather than choosing "copy / Reply to / select all /
paste" does make a difference because it stymies any email client trying to
use the "references" or "in reply to" header items to thread / locate the
post being replied to. As it happens my own email client is paleolithic so
can't use or send such but the principle remains.
