At this time, you can't, because version 1.0 of Cybook's firmware 
doesn't support folders. But don't throw away the apparel already: 
Bookeen (Cybook's manufacturer) announced that next version is due 
before the end of March and that it should have folder support.

Again, it's due to what's implemented in today's firmware. I was told 
last month by Michael Dahan, of Bookeen, that the possibility of 
organizing the e-books by author's name is one of the new features they 
want to include in the next version.

But AFAIK, there's no plans for listing only the e-book titles, without 
thumbnails. Don't hesitate to email Bookeen and suggest such a 
possibility: they are very interested in user feedback.
