does it make a difference is someone re-types the subject line or just hits

and on a related subject, there seems to be only one topic for each subject 
line!  i am astonished!  do we have so many different topics going on at 
once that no one is wandering down the garden path and takng the scenic tour 
without changing hte subject line?
