I like it.  Except:  Perhaps maybe make QOTW: Question Of The Week, or 
twice a week.  I think some topics need three days to play out. 
Introducing a new topic seems to curtail discussion of the previous 
topics a bit.   Every three days seems about the right frequency.  Sort 
of like a reverse of the rarely-enforced OT:3 rule for off-topic stuff.
