I go back to Harry Truman's line:  It's not the size of the dog, it's 
the size of the fight in the dog.

OTOH, it's always been my luck (thank you God) and my intent to be 
somewhere else when things get nasty.  It's a rare fight that's worth 
the damage and collateral effects.  Just as Cordelia speaks of how 
creating a life has echoes throughout time, so does a fight.
I dread the possibility of another Depression or the end of cheap, 
commonly available energy: people get ugly and stupid when they are 
desperate.
