Not to quibble (he said, fingers crossed behind his back), but shouldn't
that be "It's not the size of the dog *in the fight*, it's the size of the
fight in the dog"? ... Oh, and it seems to have been first said by Mark
Twain, though I sure wouldn't be surprised at Truman using it.
