An alternate way to designate the quoted material is fast and easy.  As
shown above, just put a little batch of >>>>>> symbols in front and some
<<<<<<<<<< behind and you're done.  Three seconds or so does it.

An advanced method, if you are comfortable with your mail program, and the
mail program supports it, is to use macros.  I have a macro I made that puts
in three lines of "> " carriage-return when I press cntl-shift->.  It took a
few minutes bumbling around the <tools> <macros> feature to figure out how,
but it's very easy to use.  A second macro does the same, one line at a
time.

So, once it's set up,
