Lots of quoting is not normally a reason for a message to be
treated as spam.

This is information concerning how SpamAssassin ranked the
message. The second part says that the message came from a known
source of spam - that is, the IP address in the oldest received
header is black-listed at nsbl.sorbs.net. The third part is
complaining that the message comes from an MSN address but MSN
uses a different style of quoting, so it is assuming that the
message wasn't sent using MSN which makes it likely that the
header showing where it came from was forged.

Pat, why not get yourself a better e-mail account somewhere
else? I've heard nothing good about what Qwest is providing now.
Gmail and fastmail.fm accounts generally work well. Gmail
accounts are free and you can choose between using gmail's web
interface or using any normal e-mail client that you like.
Fastmail.fm's free accounts work either via their web interface
or via an IMAP client. (You have to pay to be able to use their
SMTP or POP servers though, but the charge isn't all that much.)
