a lot of work when quoting?

I don't have Comcast, but many have experienced their blocking of
torrents, and have concluded that Comcast is evil. They also are not as
high-speed as they claim they are. Often: Claim: 10 Mb/s, Actual: 400
kb/s.
I have used Verizon Wireless mobile broadband (between 600-1400 kb/s)
for a month, and have had pretty good luck so far. Alas, they are
expensive, and don't have email at all.
I use GoDaddy with Thunderbird, who farms out their email to
Secureserver.net, which is either POP3 or IMAP, your choice, or they
also have a web client, you use whatever suits you. No problem with
quotes. The downside is they are a little bit too aggressive at
blocking spam, and you have to "whitelist" certain email addresses or
domains, including the LMB list. This is not much trouble. The service
is cheap, typically $19.99 a year.
I have also used gmail, it works well, but there may be privacy concerns.
