I have that book, and found it unreadable, so I would give it to you. 
Except, I don't have a clue where it is!  But if you continue to find it 
unavailable anywhere else, I will hunt for it and send it to you.

Let me know.

It may take a week or two to locate it.  If you must have it faster, 
definitely keep looking for another source.
