Current plan is that Programming will start at 11:30am on Wednesday with 
Opening Ceremonies in the early afternoon, and the Bujold reception 
starting at 5:30pm in the Sheraton. Programming will end between 2 and 3 
on Sunday with Closing Ceremonies at either 1pm or 2:30.
