Lois has a quote for this suggestion: "Just like swatting 
flies with a laser cannon. The aim's a bit tricky, but it 
sure takes care of the flies."

Suggesting that Kirsten download Open Office just to print 
to PDF is very much like swatting flies with a laser cannon.
