Speaking of interesting covers, I found this one while looking to see if amazon.com had a search for _Barrayar_:

I presume the being in the background is supposed to be either Aral or Bothari.  Either way, I'm torn between wondering what they think Miles looks like (as a cross between those two), and not wanting to know.
