I didn't expect Lust to become just so sympathetic a character; she really did want to become mortal, and so, got her wish.  I liked that particular point.

The end of the brothers, I was ambiguous about.  I bought the DVD of the movie, and that provides a better end (although still not completely satisfactory to me:  it didn't truly fit the "happily ever after" fantasy ending.
