The measurements are approximate. The rule is equal sugar and flour. 1
quarter of that for butter. I.e. butter = X, Sugar=flour=4X

50grams of butter is a shade under 2oz. I think that 200grams works
out at around 3/4 cup (more or less E&OE etc.)
