There is a brand of shoes made in new Zealand that specialise in comfortable shoes for difficult feet. They are heavenly to wear. They were called Kumfs but have recently changed their brand name to Ziera. They are available on eBay and online.

Helen - lurking in Oz and regretting the days in the seventies when I succumbed to the appeal of platform shoes and smashed my ankle.
